Final weigh day before Bologna and planned to do weigh in in the afternoon. I started the day with fruit and then had only salad for lunch so really had nothing solid till dinner time. For dinner I made falafel wraps with hot chilli sauce and veggies, but only had one and ate two falafels other than what was in the wrap. So was still hungry but EXCITED and I managed to find a use for all my festival outfits coz will be HOT in Bologna so I could look like Kate Moss there.
I also found a brand new pretty dress Id never worn and thought I could wear if the occasion arose and I texted Sally to say ‘think you’ll take me somewhere pretty? Should I pack my pretty dress?’ and she wrote back predictably that she was NOT a lezzer and there would be no Italian dates. I packed it anyway. She’s all talk.
Finally after expending energy packing, and having done a (very pitiful) 20 minute run, I went and hopped on the scales. 63kg. IN 32 DAYS I lost a KILO. That is the worst diet ever. It would never be on the front cover of a magazine now would it? ‘How to lose a kilo in JUST 32 days’. How to waste your time for 32 freaking days more like. Stupid cheese. Stupid alcoholism.
When I get back from Bologna I’m going to be a Vegan so I CANT eat cheese. You know, coz I’ll be all principled about the US Dairy conspiracy and that. Oh but will NOT be annoying person in restaurants that asks what everything is cooked in and if it's hydrogenated and stuff. God I hate those people. May start to hate self. Or would I if I was thin? The hatred and thinness and subsequent love of self might cancel each other out. Well it will be an interesting experiment. Will be vegan UNLESS it's too annoying for other people and not when am in beautiful restaurant in manner of Gordon Ramsey or similar.
Will report back of all beautiful binge foods in Bologna first though.
