Day 30

I started the day with a bagel and a coffee. Was very very late for work and so couldn’t go for lunch till later so no one would see me come in for half an hour and then break for lunch. I therefore didn’t eat till 3.oopm and had a super food salad. This has Feta in it but everything else is 0 points. I was dying for a drink but decided to go straight home and try to be skinny. I am too tired to do anything else anyway. Desperately want to eat a whole chicken.

Sally has been eating close to nothing all week. She gets home and COOKS for Niles but yet does not eat it. And say she makes low fat chicken stir-fry she puts his on rice and has hers on lettuce. I would DO that but would eat rice out of the saucepan with a spoon as I was doing it. This does not count as eating it.

She also reports that one of her colleagues gasped when she saw her this week as she was so thin and ‘swimming in her clothes’. Was horrified. NOONE has gasped when they saw me, except for the day when I wore no makeup to work.

Desperate, I had to ask Sally for advice. I am two days from BOLOGNA day. I moaned.

‘Have you tried abusing prunes?’ she said. ‘Interesting, interesting’ I thought.

Went out and purchased a bag of prunes. Ate the whole bag and was SO FULL. They are so beautiful and sugary like sweets. I texted her ‘have eaten whole bag is that enough’ she texted back ‘um, a HANDFUL is enough’. Sure enough, I was REALLY running to get home that evening. I think we can safely say that the honeymoon period with flatmate is over.

However, because I was still full of prunes I didn’t need much dinner and I had soup only, and NO accidental chocolate inhalation. Was good day.
